During a two hour staging consultation, Shahin examines your home with a 'buyers eye' and suggests furniture placement, room function, paint colours, design elements, and overall strategies to improve the look and feel of your home to potential buyers.

Secondary staging involves Shahin visiting your home with decor items such as cushions, artwork, bedding, and decor accessories. Small touches which can be rented for a minimal fee to help stage your home. Shahin has a wide inventory of items to help any home. For homes needing additional items, Shahin can suggest places to purchase items, or shop for you. Rental furniture or buying items second hand can also be arranged.
